Not only the high-end mobile phones live by big brands. And it is that there are many users who are simply looking for an inexpensive mobile to talk on WhatsApp or consult Facebook.

For this reason, they do not require a terminal with great features, but they do need to be fluid enough. For all of them, Samsung has presented a new mobile of its most economical line such as the Galaxy M01, about which we will tell you all the details.

Technical characteristics of the Samsung Galaxy M01

The Galaxy M01 stands out for its large screen - 5.7 inches - with a cutout for the “V” selfie camera. The smartphone also features 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, expandable with a microSD card up to 512 GB.

The new Samsung Galaxy M01 arrives with a relatively small screen for current times, with a panel that reaches 5.7 inches with HD + resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9.

It has a notch on the top to house its front camera, which the firm calls Infinity-V. Its body is made of plastic on the front next to the glass on the front.

Inside it has a low-end Qualcomm processor, such as the eight-core Snapdragon 439 that runs at a maximum speed of 1.9 GHz, and which is accompanied by the Adreno 505 GPU.

It is a basic configuration but sufficient for the day. And that we can already mount on other mobiles such as the Xiaomi Redmi 7A.

Along with the processor and CPU, it has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which we can expand by using microSD cards up to 512 GB.

The entire system will be handled by the latest Google operating system, Android 10, under the One UI customization layer.

Basic mobile but sufficient for undemanding users

Despite the fact that the Samsung Galaxy M01 is presented within the company's economic mobiles, it does not leave out the photographic section so that we can take decent photographs when we need it.

Therefore, it has a double rear camera, with a main 13- megapixel sensor, along with a 2-megapixel sensor to improve the shots we take with the famous bokeh effect.

At the front, we will also have a 5-megapixel front camera, ideal for taking selfies, making video calls, or unlocking the phone through facial recognition.

For the autonomy section, Samsung has provided its new terminal with a fairly powerful battery that reaches 4,000 mAh of capacity.

A fairly high figure for a mobile phone thinking not to make excessive use, so it is likely that we can reach the day and a half or two days of autonomy with normal use.

Regarding connectivity, we will have the basic and essential in any mobile such as 4G connection, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, micro USB port, and headphone jack.

Also noteworthy is the presence of sound compatibility with Dolby Atmos to ensure a good sound experience.

For sale in India

The new Samsung Galaxy M01 has already been put up for sale in India, in black, blue, and black colors at a price of Rs 8,999.

At the moment, the brand has not informed the expansion plans of this terminal and a possible arrival in other international markets, so we will keep you informed when we have news about it.
